Spark Studios is a STEAM-based afterschool program whose motto is to “Enrich Educate Inspire.” The experiences that Spark Studios provides, prepare students to be creative, collaborative, and comfortable with stepping outside of their comfort zone. This is vital because studies show that most students will step into careers and jobs that haven’t even been created yet. Students in grades K-7 come to find their place. As we live in this everchanging world, we must prepare our kids for success, and Spark Studios can do just that for students of all different backgrounds.

Why do we call it Spark?
We call it "Spark" because our goal is to create an environment that sparks imagination, creativity and fuels the passions of our youth!

What does a typical day at Spark Studios look like?
Upon arrival, students are provided with an afterschool snack. Once snacks are done, students play games or enjoy some time outdoors to shake off the school day. Studio time is the heart of our program! Our youth will then have the opportunity to explore different STEAM topics led by our Spark Leaders. Pick up is 5:45-6pm.

What are the days?
We offer three options:
5 days/week (Monday-Friday)
3 days/week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
2 days/week (Tuesday, Thursday)

What is the cost?
5 days/ week - $200/month
3 days/week - $132/month
2 days/week - $88/month

Are scholarships available?
Yes, we offer scholarships on a first-come, first-served basis for families who qualify for free/reduced lunch at school.

Is transportation provided?
Bus transportation from school to Spark is included for Elementary School students.
Middle School students will walk with escort to Spark from Kearney Middle School.
